Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to BudgetNote, a product of YZEE Labs ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). By purchasing or using our software ("Software"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, YZEE Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software.

2.1 "Lifetime License"

Refers to the lifetime of the Software version you purchased. It does not guarantee updates indefinitely if the product is discontinued. You will always have access to the version you purchased.

2.2 Device Limits

Each license key allows activation on one (1) device at a time. Attempting to activate the same key on another device will be denied until the existing device is deactivated via the self-service portal.

The Couple plan includes two (2) separate license keys. Each key is still limited to one device.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Share, resell, or distribute your license key publicly.
  • Use the Software for illegal purposes.
  • Circumvent the device activation system.

Violation of these restrictions may result in the immediate revocation of your license without refund.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by the checkout provider used for your purchase, such as Lemon Squeezy or Microsoft Store. We do not store your credit card information. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YZEE Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

8. Data & Privacy

Your budgeting data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your financial information. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data we do collect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
